retailers Physical Copy + PDF?

So I just purchased the core set from a local retailer (Spain) after being gifted the Deluxe set of HAF. However I discovered that since I did not purchase it straight from Crit Role EU or a DPG store (none in the EU afaik) I don’t get the PDF alongside it, so is that it? I have to purchase it separately or only purchase from crit role if I’m in the EU and want the pdf? :(

That sounds quite unfair and/or monopoly
