Nervous system shut down

Hello,41 year old male here suffering everyday bed bound for one year now from a breakdown a year ago,I’ve used coke and alcohol once or twice a week for 15 years.untill I noticed my body shutting down at work I’m a plasterer so it’s hard graft but I was in shape on the outside until my body just started shutting down.ive had every blood test MRI scans ct scans but all came back clear nutrient fine vitamins fine.my symptoms are gas bloating nightmares fatigue needles all over heat intolerance twitches in my calves temples pumping and throbbing I think my central nervous system has broke does anybody or has anyone experienced any these symptoms while withdrawal? I do have low testosterone and sibo that I’m currently treating.
