Head of State actions over coalition partner remarks - racist?

Currently in government we have a coalition, consisting of two minor parties and one major party, the leader of whom is the head of state. The two other leaders swapped out halfway through the term, just for context.

If one of the minor party leaders - think 2IC/deputy - called out in parliament for an opposition party member (that arrived here as a child 32yrs ago and is now a citizen) to "go back to your own country. You only arrived five minutes ago!", what would you expect your head of state to do?
