Searching for an bdsm school game

Hi all,

I played a 3d visual novel, where you get a job in a all girls school to improve the behavior of the girls. You are a guy with psychic powers (lika a mage hand) and interact with different girls (on of is your childhood friend with short red hair and her naughty best friend).

You have different routes with the girls, like "love" or "submissive".

Its not the headmaster and for the love of god I cant find it.
