Can an insect have a neurodivergency?

Hey so there’s a fly that’s been bothering me for a few hours. I’m noticing a routine/pattern since it only lands on a specific spot on my kneecap or my dogs nose. A routine can be indicative of autism or OCD i believe? It’s just flying around manically so AdHd probably too. Also the fly seems to have a preference for masculine presenting individuals such as myself and my dog. My sister has not been affected once. This preference is probably due to trauma but could it also be sexuality-related? Thought i’d come to the experts for this one. Thanks guys
