Scion Reroll Leveling

Hi, I plan to reroll to luminary merc which i have the gear for both the aurabot and my merc. though I need to be like lvl 90 to wear the gear lol,

So I'm wondering is there a rather cheap build that i can do breaches/league mech ( cause it gives fuck ton of xp apparently) for scion ? it can be ascendant or reliquarian i don't mind respeccing later to luminary.

Top of my mind I was thinking RF/Power Siphon Mines/ Cyclone.
