Take a personal loan to "Transfer" ISA allowance to next year?

I just took out a large chunk of money from my ISA in order to purchase a flat. It is a flexible ISA so currently it shows up a remaining allowance of 52k til end of year. I plan to continue paying into my ISA monthly and I project to bring that remaining allowance down to 30k or so.

Can I get a 30k personal loan in March, transfer it into my ISA, then somewhere around mid april, withdraw it and do an early settlment of my loan? If I understand correctly most personal loans have an early settlement fee of 1 month of interest, which should be around 150 pounds at 6%

I want to do this because I know that in 2027/28 I will be able to pay much more than 20k into my ISA. I wasn't able to do it this year due to the flat purchase.

Would that work or am I missing something?
