Amp Vivienne or Acquire Pris?

I currently have Vivienne amped once and she’s one of my go-to pilots.

When I unlock the chest in the firework event, should I unlock her and then amp to her 2nd level or should I unlock Pris?

Not sure what the community thought of Pris.
