Use an older patch?

I've been messing with this for about half an hour and am no closer, I want to downgrade Tiktok (metra) to the version I had a few days ago.

The reason is simply Captchas I'm getting them even on the pre-release version which was supposedly the fix for these, never saw them before updating.

I can see the older patches in the patch sources screen but I've no clue how to revert to the older one or manually load in an .mpp.

I'm assuming v.0.6.0 is what I need, does anyone know how to actually use it?
