Does anyone have experience getting local surgery for a deviated septum (septoplasty)

I can’t breathe out of my nose and it’s causing me to have extreme anxiety. I’ve heard less than favourable things about the plastic surgeons in Halifax. Does anyone have any experience getting this procedure done locally?
