ehr software for telehealth and client management with a good portal, what do you use?

i run a virtual therapy practice and managing telehealth sessions across disconnected tools has been frustrating for both me and my clients. right now i send video links over email while using a separate tool for intake paperwork and messaging. my clients often struggle to find their session links or forget to complete forms beforehand, which eats into our clinical time and creates unnecessary tech stress at the start of appointments.
