What do i do?

My brother was handed part of the family business, and my parents raised his kids. Their plan is to split the inheritance into 1/4s me my brother and his 2 kids..... even though my bro has had way more help over the years. I was forced to accept this even though it hurt as i raised my own kids and did everything on my own. After the will was made, my brother was doing well...spending tons of money buying cars toys everything...just milking his credit. Well hes slowly getting into trouble. On my side of things, i petitioned to have my 2 kids added as well for fairness and had to claw for that. Recently though... i was just injured in a crane accident and received a 2 million settlement. This was because i almost died and will be permanently disabled. Now since i won this settlement, the family is asking me to rescind my inheritance...which is about 500k. What would you all do?
