are PDRN products only sold by korean brands?

i'm late thirties with sensitive skin, i have been seeing a lot of people recommending PDRN on tiktok, but i've only tried one so far. one thing that i noticed is most of PDRN products in the market are from korean brands. like, it feels like > 90% of the products i come across are korean lol.

nothing against kbeauty and i actually like some of them. i just tried the PDRN serum from rejuran a few months back, but it's just so expensive. i'm just curious, are there any good PDRN products from the US, european, or other countries? or is kbeauty just totally dominating this ingredient right now?
