Black spots on tart cherry tree planted a month ago.

I planted a tart cherry tree a month ago in zone 6A, and I have almost immediately started getting black dots on my leaves and now they are all over and starting to drop. Its not bug related as I rubbed the leaf. Is there a treatment? Was thinking a fungicide (copper something).
