outdoor cam v2 brand new won't sync

Been Wyze customer forever, Have tons of cams. Had an extra outdoor v2 cam and it probably sat in box a couple years.

Firmware won't update it just "blinks blue loop" where it blinks 5 to 7 times then stops, then starts again, like its failing.

And you cant flash outdoor cams with sd card.

What do I do? Screwed?
