¿Nuevas carreteras?

I downloaded the latest 4.1 GB update that adds the Edamame Circuit. I had already driven on every road in the game, but after installing the update, it now says I'm missing 20 roads. Is this a bug, or what happened?

I only managed to find one "undiscovered" road, and it was just a tiny section of a road I had already fully completed before the update, which makes the remaining ones really hard to find.
