some advice

i’m currently 9 weeks pregnant and sunday morning i had a normal stool, then sunday afternoon my belly and anus was gurgling i thought i had the urge to go to toilet but was fine. Then sunday night i had trapped wind and same again with the gurgling. Monday morning I had loose stools and last night same again. Then today I just kept passing gas on the toilet and some more hard stool came out. Now i feel empty like i have no food left inside me😂
i also got cramps when i had the urgency.
(no blood in stools)
