Just get over it before I call the union...

So, I work in a fairly large grocery/dept store in an ecommerce dept. I don't know what's wrong with our store director, but lately he's got off the deep end.

* screaming at employees that are off the clock and talking to one another, like wandering around on the sales floor, talking to one another after they got off work (no aprons half off or even on)

* runs into my department every five minutes from his office on the other side of the store, my store is like 5 acres long for context, and he's really short. He's like 5 foot tall and wears lifts in his shoes. So you hear a loud clacking first and then he appears on the sales floor, but when he comes into our department, it's like he never left and he's just been lurking outside the door, waiting for people to start talking smack about him.

* once he gets into the department, he screams at us about the metrics. Sometimes when I'm closing at night and we are doing stuff, we will catch a glimpse of him outside of our double doors and he will be staring at us. It's always when there's two of us girls closing.

* chewed me out after I was off the clock screaming at me about radio usage among the associates. I literally only took the job for the hours, and I don't give a fuck about it otherwise. So this was more annoying to me than anything else, especially the fact that my cart was full of baking supplies like he could literally not tell that I was off the clock?

* watching people individually on camera, coming up to them and being rude and nasty to them about personal things and then screaming at them to "work faster"

* lost his mind over the fact that people preferred the other store director over him, the one that covered him while he was on LOA. Was... running around, screaming at people individually and bringing up the other guy's name and being like I bet you really loved him didn't you?! Well, he's not here and I am!
