Hyaluronic Acid

Has anyone had success using hyaluronic acid treatment for vulva hydration? I'm currently using Ovestin cream but the estriol seems to affect me and make me feel dizzy/exhausted, even though it is helping plump up the tissues. I would love to find something free of hormones for the longterm as I am finding the menopause HRT trial and error process to be challenging. Just to clarify, I am using the steroid cream for the LS, so this is just for atrophy and menopausal dryness.
