my tud a16 just got reset

so yeah my laptop just got reset on everything and i think i need some advice what i need to do like uninstalling armory create or something, i just didn't do it when first buy it (buy it on December last year). so i just do it right now while my laptop is still on default aftwe reset. what i need to do? cause this is my first gaming laptop and i don't know any tips
