For years, there has been a high rate of workplace stress and dissatisfaction among women in the Overwatch organization. Dr. Angela Ziegler, while treating one of her many patients, comes across a young man with a condition called hyperspermia. That is why, at Dr. Ziegler’s request, the Overwatch Anti-Stress and “Emotional” Support Division has been created, where women from all divisions can go to be welcomed and helped in alleviating their “stress” levels. Everyone is welcome, regardless of organization, sexual orientation, age, or body type.

Within the anti-stress and “emotional” support division, the rules and guidelines established by the division chief are followed—the very same young man whom Dr. Ziegler proposed as head of the division and in whom she shows an unusual and close interest. Pilot Lena Oxton also shows interest, given that she spends much of her time away from home. Hana Song, better known as D.Va, tries to get closer to the division chief because they are close in age, and since she has no experience in this field, she wants a “personal trainer.” Scientist Mei-Ling Zhou is also interested in the biological advantages that the division chief’s size and physical condition might offer. In addition, agents such as Ana Amari, Pharah, Kiriko, and Juno have submitted several requests to be addressed “urgently.” Even agents outside of Overwatch want to learn more about the inner workings of Overwatch's anti-stress and “emotional” support division—whether they're from Talon or independent agents like the criminal Ashe or Symmetra.
