Breathing in x position

I had a nice success yesterday and managed to get a little more than just the head in, so I could really feel the girth of my cock between my lips. It worked best in the X position, but after just 15–20 seconds I couldn’t breathe anymore and had to loosen the grip. Any experience with this? Do you get used to it?
