Dry breast (winter), product reccomendations?

As the title suggests, the skin on my breasts gets dry in winter (itchy, flaky) and I am after some product reccomendations.

I cannot bring myself to not take hot showers which I know doesn't help but I am getting better at not itching. Currently I am using the MooGoo pink eczema cream and it is nice but very watery/thin.
