What camera should I buy to get into photography?

Hi all,
I am looking to by my first camera and I would like your advice because I have choosen a few cameras but I don’t know which would be the best overall and here are the contenders:
Sony Nex-5NK
Sony A5000
Panasonic Lumix DMC-G5
Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX1
Nikon D3100
Nikon D3300
Nikon D5000
Canon EOS 4000D

These are all secondhand but in my price range.

(1) Budget, country, and currency:
I am in Hungary and the budget is 250$
(2) What equipment, if any, you have now and why is it no longer meeting your needs?
I have zero equipment
(3) What kinds of subjects do you intend to shoot?
Streets, nature, people, cars, i guess kinda everything but it doesn’t have to be professional cuz im just starting
(4) Is it primarily for photography, videography, or both?
Photography mainly and if the camera is capable i could shoot some videos
