Generalist expert Onboarding/training

Good morning. I just got an offer for this role and am waiting for background checks. Ive had experience with outlier as a generalist (and they just remove people on a whim), may I know if they have the same kind of generalist work if anyone knows? Or if mercor has assessments/tests first that you need to pass before tasking. Thank you .
