Experience with SYHA?

Hi everyone. Just wanted to quickly ask if anyone has had any experience with South Yorkshire Housing Association? I’ve been having some problems with the management of my tenancy and my rent balance hasn’t been updating correctly. There are a few other issues like that at the minute and I’m finding it quite difficult to get in touch with them to try and resolve it.

Has anyone had any experiences like this who can offer some advice? Tempted to go to their offices to see if I can speak to them in person. TIA!
