Need advice on a rebellion occurring in my server 💀💀

Got a server of about 10k or so thats grown in the last 1-2 months. Theres a few people who are really active. Long story short, irl friend is jealous that I own the server and extremely entitled, so has gotten a few people to join his server and alot more followed, and its kinda killed my server since all the actives went to another server. What do I do?
