Ergonomic bed setup

Hi all, I'm finding I spend a lot more time in bed these days and was wondering if anyone has found a good ergonomic setup for reading/doom scrolling in bed? I previously had a wedge cushion, but I found it made me sit up too much and was generally uncomfortable. Looks like there's a few ergonomic options online but was hoping the brains trust might have some suggestions. Thanks in advance!
