VFD - Start Inhibit -Df/dt filter temperature

Sorry for the dumb question: There is a Temperature High and Temperature High High alarm from the du/dt filter at the output of the VFD.

Do you inhibit the VFD from starting when there is a Temperature High alarm, or only when there is a Temperature High High alarm?

I tend to think even when it is just "high", the starting to be inhibited.
