Call center ruined my life

About my experience with call center, 2 years ago i left my job working in company of energys, my primary job was to receive calls and do contracts sometimes i help clients with understanding their bills most of the time i didn't understand as well 😅. In the meantime i did diferent courses to change profission but i am not receive a lott of oportunaties. I was diagnosted with TAG, last weak i had an oportunatie with a company in the cars market call center as well i tried to give another oportunatie, but i quit. My anxiety disorder ativate and i could sleep, my heart pounding, my brain in a fog, couldnt conceatreate, and so on.. I am thinking i cant work again and it gives more anxiety. I am 32 years old btw.
