Questions youd want someone to ask you?

I (white, 21), recently met this girl (Mexican, 24) and she has mentioned being Mexican a few times in passing. I want to ask her about her culture and learn about her. Ig im not sure what to ask? What things would you be excited someone asked about? I feel like such a loser cause the only question i can think is "how does your culture play into your life?" Im sure more questions will come from her answer, but sometimes I dont think of things to ask until days later. I dont want to overstep. Im really excited to get to know her and I dont want to mess it up by asking a stupid question or not asking enough.
