Women, you need to learn to ask « how about you »

Most women i have talked to, been in talking stage with, flirted with and even dated never ask « how about you ? » or « et toi ? »
We can spend hours playing the entertainer, the conversation drivers, you’ll not have her ask you about you, never. And they usually don’t see a problem with it.
That observation don’t come from interactions with women that were not intrested, but it seems that the amount of intentions most of you get have made y’all so self centered.
