Ticket 14285989 - Forgotten email

Hi, I lost access to the old email linked to my FACEIT account. Juliette answered my ticket (14285989) on Sunday, but the automated Steam recovery link asks for a 6-digit code sent to my old email. I replied back with details, but haven't received a response since then. Could an admin please check my ticket?

Ticket ID: 14285989

Thanks!
