Which DPS can reach the Odette/Mizuki/cryoTraveler/Qiqi teams?

So I'm kind of interested in Odette but I have others characters I would to prioritize sucj as Varka, Nicole, the tsarine and maybe Flins.

Except the Tsarine, I don't think I'll pull for stellar character except for Odette.

So I wanted to know the average DPS of this team, and if it will be future proof or not. Because it would be cool the give a second life to my traveler and permanent characters. However, if it's shitty I might skip Odette and wait for her rerun to priozitze the others, of just pull 10 or 20 pulls hoping to have an early a'd win my 50/50
