In search of English written EU news with solid investigative journalism

Hello,

I currently get my news from the BBC and Reuters and was on the lookout for a good news source that covers both EU news as well as global news. If they have a strong investigative journalism team that is absolutely a plus.

While English is preferred French or Danish is also possible. I’d also consider paying for the news so recommendations that cost money are also welcome!
