How to emulate synth sound?

I really enjoy the Four Tet track ƪ. ◖ƪ❍⊁◞.|◗щ (*ㅇ△₊⁎❝᷀ົཽ*ೃ:(꒡͡  ❝᷀ົཽ ꉺ¨.·*:･✧⃛(ཽ๑, and I really like the synth sound it has. I don’t know how to describe the sound and when I try to look it up I can find anything good. Is there any preset on any of the daws that sounds like this? Is there anyway to change a regular synth so it can sound like this? I use Cakewalk if that’s helpful in anyway.
