Issues with server connection

Has anyone been having issues lately with connecting to the servers? I haven't been able to play for almost a week. I'm from Brazil, so maybe theres something erong with the south american servers? I don't know. I just want to play the damn game. It tries to connect with the server and then it fails, and then it tries again.
