Ohio Question

I am trying to get assistance in Ohio after relocating here. I cancelled my benefits in Oregon. I did my interview the middle of July. The caseworker asked me to submit proof the benefits were cancelled so I did. Then I get an email asking for medical verification which I submitted right away. I just got another letter in the mail asking me to submit the same two things. I can see they’re uploaded in the portal online. I uploaded them a second time just in case. I’ve tried to get a hold of a caseworker and was told there was a four hour wait and they would call back and they never did. I’m not sure what else is needed or what I need to do. The phone says to wait ten days to give them time to process, but it’s been more than that. When I submitted for benefits in Oregon, they called me that afternoon and had me come pick up my card so I’m not used to it taking this long or if there’s something else I need to do. I also keep getting emails saying I have new information in the portal and there isn’t anything. Does anyone have any advice?
