Chat is anybody else dying mid fridge mode animation

I'm fully aware of all the shawdow nerfs like the loss of movement speed and dying mid transformation to big mode plus all the old and all the new no regs, and ult bugs , but has anyone died while pressing shift or w/e the button is on controller
