I'm dealing with oral thrush, any suggestions of a good doctor to chat with online

White patches on my tongue and inside my cheeks, some soreness, started about a week after finishing a long antibiotic course. Pretty confident it's oral thrush given the timing. My GP doesn't have anything for two weeks. Can I chat with a doctor online and get a prescription for this, or do I have to wait?
