Help with Minthara (Act 1)

I am extremely confused about Mintharas knock out saving proceess. I have received so many conflicting steps about it. I knocked her out after i killed Dror Ragzlin, and i took a long rest after killing him. Her body did disappear but I am just so confused on if I saved her or not.
