Anybody cashier deal with a customer telling you how to ring their stuff up?

One checkout lane open and waiting forever for this customer telling the cashier how to ring up her groceries about 10ish minutes & the lady doesn't know how much balance is on her card

If you have a certain way you want your stuff rung up you could go to Self Checkout (which I don't really like, unless I only have a few items/if the line isn't wrapping around the freezer section

Anybody dealt with a customer like this?

I have even seen another customer get made about how they got rung up they went to customer service returned the items and tried to get them at customer service to ring it up again they just told the customer have a nice day
