1 and done with Y&L

I recently ordered my first sample pack from these guys excited by the Speed Legends release. After sending me the wrong SL sample they refused to resend me the correct sample. I went back and forth with them VERY politely - way nicer than they deserved - and they finally sent me a replacement after first refusing and then asking me to pay for shipping to replace the sample THEY MESSED UP. Ridiculous.

The SL sample was not good, but I did enjoy a few others and went to go spend some money with them. Except… IM NOW MYSTERIOUSLY BANNED FROM ORDERING FROM THE SITE.

I honestly can’t believe how petty and unprofessional they have been. I really enjoyed a few of my samples but this whole thing has left me completely disillusioned and pissed the hell off.
