Planning to buy 2018 CX9 AWD

Hi im from the Philippines and im planning to sell my 2020 corolla and change to 2018 CX9 AWD. Mazda Philippines is not covering any TSBs regarding cracks or leaks (which is a known issue). The cx9 im eyeing is only 43k kilometers. Will this car give me headaches? Money pit? My corolla is flawless and runs reliably every single time.
