[TOMT] fantasy/horror/Sci fi movie or series

driving me nuts and google is no help. trying to find a movie or (I'm fairly certain) a series that could fall under fantasy/horror/sci fi. Its live action. a character goes through one different kind of worlds or kingdoms to.. do something/maybe save the world? they have to travel through an underworld/trash world where they have to get something (maybe a key) from the the grotesque king whos wife is living dead and locked in a cage. some mom is an evil queen who lives in a castle with a bunch of rotting food. at the end someone is trying to save the world(?), with some special moon cycle involvement, in a miraculous pond with special fish or some other creature. very end someone saves the world(?) by moving the moon over a water scape??? other stuff might have happened after that but I don't remember. it was a weird and fun watch and I hope I can find it!! I don't think it's the 10th kingdom as google suggests

UPDATE. ok, I think I'm mixing 2 different shows. the last part with the moon is 100% avatar the last airbender 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't think the other parts are the same series though.

so now all I'm going off of is this weird kingdom/bizarre underworldish type area where the king/leader is super gnarly and surrounds himself with undead type minions who make sure outsiders and unwanted guests are scared away. if i recall correctly, theres a secret passage in a junkyard (maybe?) to access said kingdom. the aganonist needs something from creepy leader fella. a key I think. but unbeknownst to the main character, it's with the leader's wife/lover. she is either undead or a skeleton or something, hidden and locked away in a cage. I think dude ends up stealing the key or whatever it was. maybe an amulet?

anyway, that leaves the evil queen chick. I think she has one main minion. they live way up in a castle and allthough her decor and feasts look lovely at first.. it's really all decrepit and rotting

I do not remember the main plot so that's super unhelpful. thanks for trying, errybody
