this is probably a non issue

but sometimes I want vn devs to put more effort in MCs’ character design. They either have blue hair or brown hair and that’s it. Sometimes they just look really funny next to heroines because it gives the ‘he makes me laugh’ vibe (obviously personality plays a big role here but cmon). I wouldn’t really expect that much considering the target audience of most VNs, but as a girl I still wanna be able to look at the MC and think “damn he’s actually kinda cool (looking)”

or maybe I haven’t read enough vns to make a conclusion on this lol
