Dad yelled at me and now I'm traumatized

So my dad was teaching me how to drive like a month ago and the way he taught me was always very bad, he used to yell and scold me while driving, according to him that's how he learnt from someone and the driver should never become overconfident so he always used to find flaws in my driving and yells at me on the road which did make me anxious but still I was good, then on one day there was a bus infront of me and i couldn't judge and the side mirror of car just struck with the bus, it didn't break just struck, my dad yelled so much at me during that time he said I will never be able to drive and putting the blame on me that I've damaged the car, I felt sad and then from that day I didn't go for driving. Now again he's asking me to go but I'm so much traumatized from that day I'm not able to but I really want to learn also.
