New grad interviews..?

Seeking Advice

I’ve had 2 interviews so far as a newly registered nurse in my mid 20’s. I was extremely anxious during my first interview which was a 3 panel interview. The questions were not vague, they were quite random but specific? I was super anxious which showed in my voice but i maintained eye contact and answered every question, I didn’t freeze. Well anyways, I didn’t get that position for the residency but I asked for feedback and was told to work on behavioral questions. I have an ED interview coming up and I don’t want to mess this up. I honestly hate interviews so much & didn’t think it would be this hard or competitive just to land a job. I have experience in healthcare work by the way - about 5 years. Any tips here? Thank you.. I really need a job and this is stressing me out worse than my nclex did. 🥲
