For those voting no later this week, what are our demands?

For me, a high performing Prof with a little more than 10yr of service: 30% general wage increase, more funds for high performers in the lower CR's, and revert to 3 retention rating buckets. Do they want to retain talent and incentivize the workforce? Right the wrongs of the previous contracts.
