how to find older women online

I'm a 21-year-old woman, and I can't imagine myself dating someone who isn't older or a woman. I live in a very conservative county where even dating a boy your age is a problem, let alone dating an older woman. So, I really want to know how y'all even find them, even further flirt with them or anything to be honest. I know this sounds pathetic, but it's as it is, so go with it.
